This product is design for startups in coworking spaces. It includes the hipsy device and a 1 year licence. Ongoing annual support will be €999 every year after this.
Setup is very simple. Simply unpack the box, connect the hipsy to your coworking network and set a password for you and your team. All traffic from your startups should then go through this wifi.
Similar to your existing wifi router the product can up to 5-10 staff at any one time. If you have more traffic than this then it may begin to slow the device. We would suggest that you purchase additional hipsys if you think you are likely to have a lot of traffic.

We will accept returns within 14 days of you receiving the product. The product and packaging must be returned in good condition and not damaged.
